Hello Enlightened One!
This gathering will bring together a like-minded group of participants to create a collective support field of consciousness in
which healing and empowerment unfolds. In other words, when the mushroom "does its thing" you will be open to information that you are ready for. And the "letting go" of ideas that no longer serve you. A new perspective will emerge from within, and you will never be the same.
Set an intention.
Intentions will become useful when you are experiencing the high. If this is your first time, you will spend some time thinking about whether “it's working”. If you are prepared, you will find the message within you, and the answer will be clear because you set the intention before hand. The information you receive will correspond with your intention directly. You will only receive what you are ready for.
Important Information.
Research has found that with the combination of a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) and food containing tyramine, can result in a hypertensive interaction ("the cheese effect").
Hypertension/high blood pressure symptoms can include; severe headache (occipital or temporal), palpitations, nausea and vomiting. Typically resolving within 4-6 hours. Onset is typically rapid (15 mins- 1hr).
Here’s why:
MAOI + Excess tyramine = potential for tyramine (“cheese”) reaction.
Psilocybin is a MAOI (monoamine oxidase inhibitor) which blocks the monoamine oxidase, which is an enzyme that breaks down excess tyramine in the body. If you take a MAOI (Psilocybin aka Magic Mushrooms) and you eat high-tyramine foods, tyramine can quickly reach high levels. This can cause a serious spike in blood pressure/hypertension and can cause a problem.
Tyramine.
Tyramine is an amino acid that helps regulate blood pressure. It occurs naturally in the body, and it's found in certain foods.
To minimize the risk of hypertensive interaction ("the cheese effect") please follow the below dietary recommendations. Avoid consuming foods that are high in tyramine if you take Psilocybin.
Please follow the tyramine restriction diet at least 3 days before the gathering and 3 days after the gathering.
Foods high in Tyramine: (foods to avoid)

Strong or aged cheeses, such as aged cheddar, Swiss and Parmesan; blue cheeses such as Stilton and Gorgonzola; and Camembert.

Cured meats, which are meats treated with salt and nitrate or nitrite, such as dry-type summer sausages, pepperoni and salami.
-
Smoked or processed meats, such as hot dogs, bologna, bacon, corned beef or smoked fish.
-
Pickled or fermented foods, such as sauerkraut, kimchi, caviar, tofu or pickles.
-
Sauces, such as soy sauce, shrimp sauce, fish sauce, miso and teriyaki sauce.

Soybeans and soybean products.
-
Snow peas, broad beans (fava beans) and their pods.

Dried or overripe fruits, such as raisins or prunes, or overripe bananas or avocados.

Yeast-extract spreads, such as Marmite, brewer's yeast or sourdough bread.

Alcoholic beverages, such as beer — especially tap or homebrewed beer — red wine, sherry and liqueurs.

Do not Ingest the following. 5 days before the gathering and 5 days after:

No Alcohol

No Drugs, psychoactive plants & substances ( MDMA, LSD, Cocaine, Ayahuasca , Bufo / 5MeO, Peyote, Wachuma/ San Pedro, DMT) etc...

Minimum 1 week before ceremonies and 1 week after the gathering clear your system of Marijuana/cannabis/hash.
In general, just avoid: 2 days before and 2 days after the gathering.
Caffeine, No Tylenol, Advil or any other painkiller close to the gathering date. Dairy products. Fat and deep-fried food. Red meats (beef, veal, lamb), Pork. Reduce Sugar where possible.
Dietary Recommendations: 3 days before and 3 days after the gathering.
Fruits, Vegetables (Fresh and cooked), Whole grains, cereals, seeds and legumes (lentils, rice, beans, quinoa, oats, barley, almonds, walnuts, etc.), Eggs, Chicken, Fish, olive oil, coconut oil, Oat milk, almond milk, macadamia milk, rice milk, coconut milk, Water and fresh juices, Herbal teas (chamomile, mint, lavender etc.), Use herbs for cooking ( basil, oregano, etc.)
Spiritual and Mental Preparation.
Try to avoid programs, movies, video games of fear, violence, low vibration, aggression or negative in nature.

Be rested, you might have much to release.

Your last SOLID meal 4 hours before the gathering.

Drink lots of water before, during and after gathering.

You might want to bring a notebook to write about your experience.

Smoking/vaping are permitted during the gathering.

If you have a special item, symbol, crystal, etc. you are welcome to bring it!
